Meeting with the chef around a coffee in one of the most beautiful and ancient house of Hoi an.

Then embark on a cruise to the small local market of Noi Rang to buy the ingredients. Then head to the River Cottage by boat. Upon arrival, you can enjoy a welcome cocktail while strolling through the lush garden of the cottage before taking part in the cooking class that will last about 2 hours and then lunch in the heart of the garden.

After lunch, drive back to the hotel around 2.30 p.m.
