Senteurs du Vietnam<\/strong> is a travel agency created by two French brothers living in Vietnam and dependent on Vietnamese law as shown by the company\u2019s local tourist license available here.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Validity of the sent quotations and offers<\/strong><\/p>\n

The prices of our programs and excursions are valid for any booking made and validated within the validity date specified on the program or excursion and by default during the month following the mailing of the program or excursion.<\/span><\/p>\n

The reservation is effective and validated upon receipt of the payment or deposit and passports for each participation. Any subsequent modification or cancellation of a reservation is subject to our terms and conditions (confers points 3 and 4). <\/span><\/p>\n

Beyond this period, the rate can be possibly adjusted if tariff changes have taken place, including taxes and administrative fees, site entries, inflation (oil, food), etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

The hotels mentioned in the programs are indicative, subject to availability during validation and may be modified by hotels of equivalent categories if necessary. Unless otherwise stated, the check-in takes place from 2 PM and the check-out before noon. <\/p>\n

In case of force majeure, (global economic crisis, large-scale conflict, etc.) that impacts a large part of the world, we reserve the right to modify the price of the trip, for example during a sharp increase in the cost of gasoline.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong><\/em> For all quotes for travel within 2 months, please first consult our standard programs<\/a> to get an idea of the budget. Indeed, we reserve the right to charge 50 \u20ac for the travel proposal which will come as a deduction from the cost of the trip when it is validated. <\/span><\/p>\n

2.Validation of the booking<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.1 Full trips<\/strong><\/p>\n

For full trips, the validation of the reservation is effective only after receipt of a deposit of at least 30% of the total price of the service and must be accompanied by the sending of the passports from each participant within 72 hours following the validation unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n

The rest of the payment must be made no later than 45 days before the departure date of your trip.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span> <\/b>2.2 Cruise in Halong Bay and Excursions in Vietnam<\/strong><\/p>\n

For cruises in Halong Bay and excursions in Vietnam, the validation of the reservation is only done after the payment of a deposit of at least 50% of the total price of the service and must be accompanied by the sending of passports of each participant.<\/p>\n

The rest of the payment must be made no later than 45 days before the date of the cruise or excursion unless otherwise stated during validation.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3 One-off excursion<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the one-off excursions, the validation of the reservation is only done after the payment of a deposit of at least 50% of the total price of the service and must be accompanied by the sending of each participant\u2019s passports.<\/p>\n

The rest of the payment must be made 15 days before the date of the excursion and upon agreement can be paid in cash at the beginning of the tour.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1 For individual trips and groups of less than 9 people on tour<\/b><\/p>\n

In case of cancellation between the validation of the trip and 45 days before departure, we refund 80% of the price of the service.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of cancellation between 45 days and 15 days before departure, we will refund 50% of the price of the service.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of cancellation between 15 days and 9 days before departure, we will refund 25% of the price of the service.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.2 For groups of 9 people and more on tour<\/p>\n

In case of cancellation between the validation of the trip and 45 days before departure, we will refund you between 50 and 75% of the price of the service.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of cancellation less than 45 days and 15 days before the departure, we will reimburse you between 20 and 45% of the price of the service according to the expenses incurred.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.3 Travel insurance<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is strongly recommended to take out travel, cancellation, assistance and baggage loss insurance.
Indeed, no support could be provided by the agency on this subject.<\/span><\/p>\n

No refund will be made by the agency in case of:
plane delay, no-show, mechanical incidents, bad weather, strikes, except natural disasters in Vietnam (typhoons, floods… subject to government decrees) or decree of the Vietnamese government.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.4 Interruption of the journey<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

In case of voluntary or involuntary interruption, no refund for unused benefits will be made.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any cancellation of a reservation is subject to the following conditions during normal periods. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to provide more advantageous terms depending on the reason for cancellation. <\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/span>4. Responsibilities and disputes<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

4.1 Responsibilities of the agency<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Senteurs du Vietnam acts as an intermediary between the client and certain service providers (hotels, airlines, cruise ships, trains…). Each provider remains responsible for their own service. <\/span><\/p>\n

4.2 Specific activities (diving, sports…)<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Risky activities require appropriate insurance.
The clients commit to respecting the safety instructions and to evolve within the limits of their training.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.3 Program changes & Reservation modifications<\/p>\n

Changes to the date of the trip or excursions are handled on a case-by-case basis and may result in additional costs.<\/p>\n

En cas d\u2019impr\u00e9vu (m\u00e9t\u00e9o, indisponibilit\u00e9 de prestataire, crise sanitaire\u2026), Senteurs du Vietnam pourra ajuster le programme.
