Day 1 | Hanoi
Our English-speaking driver meets you at the airport then transfer to the hotel.
You will then receive our Travel Book with useful information and restaurant recommendations for your trip and your eSim.
Day 2 | Hanoi | B, L
Our English-speaking tour guide meets you at your hotel in the city center around 9 a.m.
Dive into the atmosphere of Hanoi in the 36-guild district during a cyclo ride.
Take a gourmet break and enjoy the egg coffee, a specialty of the city.
Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda on the shores of Ho Tay Lake.
After lunch, discover the Temple of Literature, before ending the day with a visit to the Vietnamese women’s museum where traditional women’s costumes are remarkably highlighted.
At the end of the day, in option you can take part in the waterpuppet show (not included).
Day 3 | Hanoi - Lan Ha Bay | B, L, D
Departure by minibus, around 7.30 a.m., to go to Haiphong and take the ferry to Cat Ba Island.
Board the boat from the harbor of Cat Ba around noon to discover the southern region of Halong Bay then enjoy lunch amidst the limestone.
In the afternoon, relax and swim on the beach of Van Doi before a going kayaking in Bai Tra Dao or Dau Be. Admire the sunset on the junk before dinner and then then discover squid fishing.
Day 4 | Lan Ha Bay - Tam Coc | B, L
If you are an early riser, marvel at the splendor of the sunrise over the immensity of the bay during a Tai Chi session. After breakfast, visit the village of Viet Hai by bike to discover this small local village.
Come back to the boat check out and lunch then return to the harbor around 11.45 a.m. to take the road to Tam Coc.
Day 5 | Tam Coc | B, L
Our English-speaking tour guide meets you around 7a.m. to enjoy a 2-hour cruise on a small sampan, in the middle of the limestones. Let yourself be carried away by the magic of the place, admire the green rice fields and the mountains carved out of caves.
Then, come back to the hotel for breakfast, and around 10a.m. go for a bike ride in the surroundings of Tam Coc.
Admire Bich Dong Pagoda by the water, a Buddhist sanctuary in the middle of nowhere, built against the rock, in a splendid green setting.
After lunch, enjoy an unforgettable nature experience at the Bird Sanctuary, a refuge for thousands of birds, close to the rainforest.
Day 6 | Tam Coc - Hue | B, L
Departure from the hotel around 9 a.m., with our English-speaking tour guide to go to Tay Phu village and visit of local market. Then discover how the Bánh Chưng is made, a traditional dish of the Tet festival in Vietnam.
After a lunch in a local house, meet the families who are still doing the local crafts: making rice noodles, water hyacinth baskets, reed mats, tofu... You will have the opportunity to discover and take part in their activities while providing them some support and additional income.
At the end of the day, go for a bike ride on the dam, in a peaceful setting away from the cars and among the flowers before returning to the hotel.
Then our driver will drive you to the train station for the night train to Hue.
Day 7 | Hue | B, L, D
Our English-speaking tour guide meets you at the train station and you go to visit the Imperial City, UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a splendid set of monuments made of impressive walls and refined palaces.
After lunch, discover Hope Center and take part in some handicraft activities during approximately 2 hours; learn about pottery and work on the wheel; learn how to make woven baskets with recycled paper and make a ring out of recycled wire.
In the evening we will meet to enjoy a dinner together, which will be an opportunity to share about Vietnam.
Day 8 | Hue | B, L
Our English-speaking tour guide meets you at the hotel, around 8.30 a.m. then go to discover the wonderful Thien Mu pagoda.
Then, cruise on the Perfume River and let yourself be carried by the stream. During the 2 hours cruise, you can enjoy the landscapes of of the surroundings of Hue.
Disembark at the Tomb of the Emperor Minh Mang, whose colorful buildings, arranged in harmony, are reflected in the water of the ponds.
After lunch, marvel in front of the the mosaics of the Tomb of Khai Dinh then make a photo stop ate the incense village before a gourmet break to discover the Che.
Day 9 | Hue | B, L

Discover the kiln and arrange your pieces inside before starting cooking up to 1,000°C. Lunch in a local restaurant near the workshop before returning to clean your pottery to bring them back.
Day 10 | Hue | B, L
Our English-speaking tour guide meets you at your hotel in the city center around 8 a.m. and you go to discover some handicrafts of Hue.
Start by discovering the homemade production of rice noodles typical of Hue that you can enjoy in the Bun Bo and other dishes of the region.
Continue your discovery with a bamboo workshop before admiring the work of weaving the reed to make the famous conical hat and bags.
Late morning discover a local pottery workshop and explore a timeless village with its traditional houses.
Finally enjoy a lunch on the seaside and relax on the beach before returning to Hue around 4.30 p.m.
Day 11 | Hue - Hoi An | B, L
Departure from your hotel around 8 a.m. with our English-speaking tour guide.
Take the road to Hoi An and discover the orphanage supported by AVMO and meet the children who live there.
Then from the Hai Van Pass, contemplate the region’s sumptuous landscapes, with its lush forests and panoramic sea views.
Visit the Cham sculpture museum, with its magnificent works of art before lunch.
Discover the amazing architecture of the old town of Hoi An.
Day 12 | Hoi An | B, L
After breakfast, around 9 a.m., our driver and our English-speaking guide will meet you at your hotel to visit the old sanctuary of My Son.
After an hour’s drive through the countryside and rice fields, the "little Angkor of Vietnam", built by the Cham people in the 4th century and lasting until the 13th century, is revealed to you in its natural setting.
It highlights the remains of this civilization in a very natural setting.
Go back to Hoi An after lunch.
In the evening, walk to the Hoi An Moon Center in the city center of Hoi An for 5:30 p.m. to attend this acrobatic and dancing show of 1 hour.
Let yourself be carried by the intense rhythm of the music and the dances that are impressive by their strength and power while the faces of the artists radiate with joy.
Day 13 | Hoi An | B, L
Transfer to the starting point of the tour at 8 a.m., and meet our English-speaking tour guide for a 9 km country bike and a boat ride in a small group.
Throughout the day, you will go to meet the inhabitants of the region to discover their trades, including boat building, braiding, preparation of rice alcohol, etc.
Discover how the famous basket boats of the region are made and learn about their handling that requires agility and dexterity.
For lunch, take a break in a local traditional house.
Day 14 | Hoi An | B
Leisure day in Hoi An.
Day 15 | Hoi An - Return flight | B
Transfer to Danang airport during the day for you return flight.
