Trek around Sapa – 3 days – 2 nights
Description
An immersion in the heart of the mountains of Sapa
Located in the highlands of North Vietnam, the region of Sapa is a world apart, suspended between sky and rice fields.
This 3-day hike around Sapa invites you to explore its verdant valleys, ethnic villages and terraced landscapes, among the most spectacular in Asia.
Accompanied by a passionate English-speaking guide, you will walk along winding paths through black Hmong, red Dao and Giay villages, to meet their traditions and hospitality.
The terraced rice fields, carved into the mountainside, change colour with the seasons - soft green in spring, golden in harvest, and silvery under the winter mist.

A human and authentic experience in the home
Sleeping at home in Sapa is much more than just accommodation: it’s a human encounter, an experience of shared life in the heart of the mountains of North Vietnam.
In each village, families open their doors with generosity, offering travelers a sincere and warm welcome, marked by simplicity.
You will be received in a traditional wooden house on stilts, where the fire crackles gently while the meal simmers in the open kitchen.
In the evening, around the table, exchanges are spontaneous: a smile, a gesture, a story told by your French-speaking guide who connects two cultures.
The family meal, prepared with products from the garden and local market, is a moment of authentic sharing, rich in flavors and emotions.
Nights, lulled by the discreet sounds of nature, invite a return to the essential.
Here, no material luxury, but a human warmth and a simple and sincere comfort, that of a rare and precious hospitality.
In the morning, waking up is done at the rooster’s crow and the mist rising above the rice fields.
Before resuming the walk, a hot tea shared with your hosts becomes a ritual, a gentle way to say thank you and greet the nascent day.
This immersion in a homestay allows you to understand the daily life of mountain ethnic groups - their rhythm, their values, their deep connection to the land.
It is an experience that is both human, cultural and spiritual, which remains engraved as one of the most beautiful memories of a trip to Sapa.
