Ho Chi Minh City
Formerly called Saigon, but renamed in 1976 Ho Chi Minh City, the economic capital of Vietnam is today a large metropolis bustling with life day and night.
Each of its districts offers discoveries of different facets of the city and gives you an insight into the culture of the country.
Thus, it is nice to get “lost” in Chinatown for a day to discover many pagodas and temples and browse the colorful alleys of the markets whose smells will awaken your senses.
In District 1, there is a lively nightlife, excellent gastronomy, and many architectural remains of the French colonial era: the cathedral, the old post office, the town hall, the opera and many others. And don’t forget to end the day and discover the city from a new point of view to go enjoy one of the many rooftops of the city.
