Halong Bay Land Sea – 4 days and 3 nights

Halong Bay, recognized as one of the natural wonders by UNESCO, extends both on the ocean and also on land. So to fully discover these exceptional landscapes, we recommend combining the two during a 4 days and 3 nights getaway from Hanoi. This package allows you to discover these two places without returning to Hanoi.

Day 1 - Hanoi - Tam Coc (L):

Our English-speaking tour guide meets you at your hotel in the city center of Hanoi around 8 a.m.

After about 1 hour and a half drive between town and country during which you can admire the landscapes of the region, join the Yen river covered with water lilies to embark on a small sampan. Take a cruise of about an hour to reach the Perfume Pagoda, a complex of pagodas nestled in the mountains.

Then go to climb the 2 kilometers of steps to reach the top of this place and discover the cave that is hidden there. On the way you can discover smaller pagodas nestled in the hollow of the mountain. Then go back down in the cable-ar to enjoy a well-deserved lunch before taking the road to Tam Coc, the inland Halong Bay. Free dinner and overnight at the Clos du Fil.

Day 2 - Tam Coc (B, L):

Early departure from the hotel at 8 a.m., with our English-speaking tour guide.

Enjoy a cruise along the water on Tam Coc River  in the middle of the limestones  and the rice fields. Let yourself be lulled by the magic of the place admiring the beautiful landscapes drawn by the green rice fields and the mountains dug with caves.

Then, discover Bich Dong Pagoda, a Buddhist shrine built in a beautiful green setting on the side of the mountain and by the water.

After lunch, discover the Bai Dinh Pagoda, considered one of the largest Buddhist complexes in Southeast Asia. You can admire among other things these superb status of Buddha. Finally, climb the 500 steps of Mua Cave where your efforts will be rewarded by the view of the incredible panorama over the entire region.

Go back to the hotel then free dinner and overnight at the Clos du Fil.

Day 3 - Tam Coc - Tu Long Bay (B, L, D):

Départ en voiture vers 7h15, pour rejoindre le port de Ha Long. On the boat, meet your English-speaking tour guide and start your cruise with lunch, sailing through the heart of the impressive rocky peaks of Tu Long Bay.

In the afternoon, enjoy a kayak trip to immerse yourself in the sublime landscapes of the Bay, drawn by coves, caves and limestone pitons.

At the end of the day, relax on the upper deck and enjoy the beautiful sunset before dinner. Finally, in the evening, opportunity to introduce you to squid fishing.

Day 4 - Tu Long Bay - Hanoi (B, L):

If you are early in the morning, marvel at the splendour of the sunrise over the vastness of the bay during a Tai Chi Session. 

After breakfast, discover Thienh Canh Son cave.

Then return to the boat for check out and lunch and back to the harbod to take the road to Hanoi where you arrive at around 3 p.m.

Possibility to go directly to Hanoi airport or a flight after 4.30 p.m. to your next destination (price on request).
