Discovery of Mu Cang Chai – 4 days and 3 nights
Description
Mu Cang Chai, natural and cultural jewel of North Vietnam
Located at more than 1,000 meters above sea level, in the heart of the mountains of North Vietnam, Mu Cang Chai reveals one of the most spectacular landscapes in Asia.
Its rice terraces, carved on the mountainside by the Hmong and Thai ethnic groups, form real living works of art, changing with the rhythm of the seasons.
Classified as Vietnamese national heritage, these rice fields testify to an ancestral know-how passed down from generation to generation.
They illustrate the harmony between man and nature, work and beauty, tradition and modernity.
Discovering Mu Cang Chai is immersing yourself in an authentic and preserved Vietnam, far from the major tourist circuits.
The winding roads lead to isolated villages, where one shares a tea, a meal or a smile with the inhabitants dressed in their traditional costumes.
Accompanied by a passionate English-speaking guide, you explore on foot or by car the valleys and golden hills, cross the Hmong villages, observe the agricultural scenes of everyday life, and discover a living mountain culture and proud.
