1. Discovery of the egg coffee of Hanoi - 3-hour workshop

Departure at 9 a.m. or 2 p.m. to discover the history of coffee, the national drink of Vietnam. Learn more about its cultivation and preparation, from tips for recognizing the right coffee beans, to preparing 4 types of coffee according to the advice of our expert, including the famous egg coffee and coconut coffee (coconut coffee).

2.Cooking class in Hanoi - 4h30 workshop

Departure at 9 a.m. or 3 p.m. to go to the local market and buy the ingredients you will use during the cooking class. Learn how to prepare four traditional Vietnamese dishes (for example, bun cha, banana flower salad, nems…) under the watchful eye of our chef who will accompany you throughout the preparation. Finally enjoy the fruit of your work and return to the hotel.

3.Jewellery making workshop - workshop from 2 hours to 2h30

Join the workshop (transfer not included) to discover the history of Vietnamese jewelry. Then discover almost all the steps to manufacture simple silver jewelry then make your own jewelry (ring, pendant or earrings).
